Kae Valari

Why I’m here.

My mission is to create a compassionate, grounded, and safe space for women to heal.

My work is rooted in trauma-informed, person-centered, and somatic approaches—because healing becomes possible when we reconnect with the wisdom of both mind and body.

To access this ancient, intuitive wisdom, we must feel safe.

We must be able to move through blockages, through trauma, immobilization, freezing, and fear.

In my career and personal life, I have dedicated my energy to this movement.

I am passionate about supporting women navigating anxiety, depression, chronic stress, self-care challenges, relational wounding, or the impacts of trauma. As an Indigenous woman, I carry a deep understanding of intergenerational trauma and how these patterns live in the nervous system. This lived awareness, along with the wisdom of my ancestors, guides me to hold space with sensitivity, cultural humility, and respect for the complexity of each lived story.

Before stepping into the therapeutic world, I spent years working as an integrative health coach and chef—experiences that shaped my understanding of burnout, emotional overwhelm, nourishment, and the body’s capacity to heal. My own journey through nervous system dysregulation and recovery further deepened my commitment to this work. Today, as a certified Somatic Trauma Therapy practitioner, I integrate nervous system education, body-based techniques, and trauma-informed practices to help you cultivate internal safety, embodiment, and resilience.

In our sessions, we will take a holistic approach to healing—mind, body, and spirit. Through somatic exploration, mindful movement, person-centered dialogue, and earth-based therapeutic practices, we will explore what healing means for you, at your own pace and with deep attunement.

I would be honored to walk alongside you. I believe every woman has the right to feel safe in her body and reach her goals. If you’re ready to begin or are curious to learn more, I invite you to reach out or book a session. Together, we’ll explore what it means to come home to yourself—softly, safely, and in your own time.
